About

After a tumultuous journey of discernment and self-discovery, and a couple of career-aspiration changes,  I finally accomplished a long-time dream of attending Yale Divinity School.  I’m a first year student enrolled in the Master of Divinity program and, as an Episcopalian hoping to be ordained, am also enrolled in Berkeley Divinity School at Yale’s Anglican Studies program.  This is my record of my life and journey here at 409 Prospect Street, the Sterling Divinity Quadrangle.

Before coming to Yale, I lived in West Virginia and Ohio, graduated from Capital University with a degree in religion, and spent three years in Episcopal Service Corps, working with homeless young adults, doing HIV testing with sex-craved teens, learning the ropes of life in the Church, and feeding the hungry (although not necessarily all at the same time).

When I’m not in the library, you can find me working at Episcopal Church at Yale, going to the recently opened New Haven Chipotle with friends, and watching reruns of The West Wing on Netflix.
